The problem
Two hundred applications, four responses. My experience is deep but all with one employer.
What we told them
Eleven years in one place reads as one data point to an automated screen, however strong the experience. Break the tenure into the distinct roles you actually held, each with its own dates, scope and outcomes — you are not inventing anything, you are making a real career legible. Then stop applying cold: at eleven years of experience your network is the channel that works, and a referral skips the screen entirely. Four responses from two hundred is a channel problem, not a you problem.
