Underfloor heating warm in some rooms, cold in others

The problem

Same system, same thermostat setting. Two rooms never get above lukewarm while the rest are fine.

What we told them

Unequal flow, not unequal heat. The manifold has a flow meter per circuit and almost nobody balances them after installation — the shortest loops take the path of least resistance and starve the long ones. Set each circuit proportional to its loop length rather than opening everything fully. Balancing costs nothing and fixes the majority of these cases without touching the boiler.
